Our Commitment to You

At Soul Punch™, your safety is our highest priority.
We stand behind the quality of the Soul DefendHER™ 2.0 and the training resources we provide.

Due to the nature of personal safety devices and the need to maintain strict product integrity, we have a limited refund policy to ensure that all customers receive brand-new, unused products.

Device Sales – Soul DefendHER™ 2.0

✅ All Soul DefendHER™ 2.0 sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on Soul DefendHER™ 2.0 devices once shipped, except in cases of:

  • Product damage during shipping (must be reported within 7 days of receipt)

  • Defective device upon arrival (must be reported within 7 days of receipt)

If you receive a damaged or defective device, please contact us immediately at info@souldefendher.com with photos of the device and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement after verifying the claim.

⚠️ Used or activated devices cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Once the Soul DefendHER™ 2.0 is activated or the pepper spray canister is deployed, it cannot legally or safely be resold.

Digital Training Access

Access to online training materials (including the Essentials Training Curriculum) is non-refundable once login credentials have been issued.

Apparel Sales (T-Shirts, Merchandise)

Apparel items included in bundles are final sale unless defective.
Defective apparel must be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement.

Soul DefendHER™ Free Replacement Guarantee (Usage)

If you use your Soul DefendHER™ 2.0 in a real-world attack and it results in a police report, Plegium® offers a free device replacement program.
To claim your free replacement, you must submit a copy of the official police report directly to [Plegium].

Final Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout.

  • Refunds or reshipments will not be issued for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
