Soul DefendHER is an authorized reseller of personal safety devices manufactured by third-party providers.

For Orders Placed Before March 15, 2026:

Products purchased prior to March 15, 2026 were manufactured and supported by Plegium Inc. For any product defects, warranty claims, or technical support related to these devices, please contact the manufacturer directly:

Soul DefendHER is not the manufacturer and cannot provide technical support or warranty service for manufacturer-related issues.

For Orders Placed After April 1, 2026:

Products purchased after April 1, 2026 are covered by our updated returns policy and manufacturer warranties. Details will be provided at time of purchase.

Refund Requests for Soul DefendHER Services:

For refunds related to Soul DefendHER training, certification, or other services (not related to physical products), please contact:

General Return Guidelines:

  • Physical products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless product is defective
  • Digital products and training services are generally non-refundable
