Soul DefendHER™ Warranty and Refund Policy

1. Soul DefendHER™ Warranty

1.1 One-Year Worldwide Warranty

Defense Concepts LLC dba Soul Punch Self-Defense (10302 East 71st South #1010, Tulsa, OK 74133), warrants that your Soul DefendHER™ hardware product (“the Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser (“the Warranty Period”).

If a defect arises within the Warranty Period, Defense Concepts LLC dba Soul Punch Self-Defense will, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable laws:

(a) Repair or replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished item or component; or

(b) Provide a refund of the original purchase price upon return of the defective Product.

This Warranty does not apply in cases where instructions for use and activation were not followed, or where the Product was damaged due to abuse, accident, unauthorized modifications, or causes unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship.

To the extent permitted by law, Defense Concepts LLC dba Soul Punch Self-Defense shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages—including loss of profits or replacement of personal property—arising from the use of the Product. Total liability is limited to the original purchase price paid by the original retail purchaser.

This Warranty is in addition to any legal rights you may have under consumer protection laws.


2. Refund Policy

We’ve worked hard to create a product we believe you’ll love. However, if the Soul DefendHER™ does not meet your expectations, the original retail purchaser may return all items purchased in the original transaction, in unused, original condition, with original packaging and receipt, within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund or exchange.

This return policy is in addition to your rights under the one (1) year Worldwide Warranty.

To complete your return:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted if:

1.  The product shows signs of use

2.  The item is not in original condition or is missing parts not due to our error

3.  The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if approved)

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation of its receipt and refund status.
If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within several business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Recheck your bank account

2. Contact your credit card company (processing delays may apply)

3. Contact your bank for posting times

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items are not refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted from your total refund amount.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
